Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies). Fluent English is mandatory.

Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and fluency in English are mandatory requirements.

Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles
Leveraging advanced data analytics to drive innovative sourcing strategies
Enabling the best hiring decisions
Integrating AI technologies into daily workflow to optimize job descriptions
and process efficiency
Scaling teams through a 'people-first' approach
Utilizing market intelligence to ensure competitiveness in a global landscape
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks
and formally propose improvements
Ensure compliance with global labor laws
and data accuracy within our ATS (Greenhouse)
and belonging by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups and mitigating biases throughout the selection process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers; Collaborate with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and ensure a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives; Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
