What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies), Fluent English is mandatory
Nice to Have
Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment, Fluency in English
What You'll Do.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles
Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers
Leverage advanced data analytics to drive innovative sourcing strategies
Enable the best hiring decisions
Integrate AI technologies into daily workflow to optimize job descriptions
and process efficiency
Scale our teams through a 'people-first' approach
Utilize market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in a global landscape
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve overall hiring effectiveness
Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication
providing timely feedback
and acting as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks
and formally propose improvements to increase the TA function's efficiency
Ensure compliance with global labor laws
and data accuracy (cost centers
and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse)
and belonging by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups and mitigating biases throughout the selection process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Ops
OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives

As a Data-Driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles, ensuring we bring top-tier talent into Wellhub. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, leveraging advanced data analytics (including Power BI, Tableau, and funnel metrics) to drive innovative sourcing strategies and enable the best hiring decisions. Beyond execution, you will be an early adopter of AI technologies, integrating them into your daily workflow to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and process efficiency. This role is pivotal in scaling our teams through a "people-first" approach while utilizing market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in a global landscape.
