Must Have

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies), Fluent English is mandatory

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles

Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers

Scale our teams through a 'people-first' approach

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve overall hiring effectiveness

Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication

Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks

and formally propose improvements to increase the TA function's efficiency

As a Data-Driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles, ensuring we bring top-tier talent into Wellhub. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, leveraging advanced data analytics (including Power BI, Tableau, and funnel metrics) to drive innovative sourcing strategies and enable the best hiring decisions. Beyond execution, you will be an early adopter of AI technologies, integrating them into your daily workflow to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and process efficiency. This role is pivotal in scaling our teams through a "people-first" approach while utilizing market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in a global landscape.
