1–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, Talent Acquisition support, recruitment operations, or People Operations roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms. organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate-facing communications and data. Ability to work night shifts or support US/UK time zones (IST evening/night hours). proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset. sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn recruitment operations tools and processes.

Provide occasional support for onsite or virtual interview logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
