Join the power movement as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator    Talent Acquisition is looking for a coordinator to join the team and support the hiring process through recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews, posting jobs to external boards, helping manage candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and meeting and greeting candidates at our office in Devens, MA. This coordinator will join a team of 8 members including recruiters and coordinators. ## What you'll do Consistently provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants at every stage in the Talent Acquisition process Schedule Video or On-Site interviews for candidates including the arrangement of any necessary travel Greet and host the interviewees as their primary point of contact for the day; often juggling several on-sites daily Support the organization’s sourcing efforts opening up the top end of the recruiting funnel using the usual tools in addition to creative sources Schedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers, interview teams and recruiters Help maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System with data entry, reporting and managing a very active pipeline of talent Meet and greet can
