What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for staffing agencies
Manage temporary employee process
Assist with recruiting for production
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate logistics
Ensure positive applicant experience
Welcome and assist onsite candidates
Maintain applicant tracking system records
Support hiring managers with interview coordination
Assist with planning and execution of career fairs
Help coordinate recruiting materials
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition team members
Assist with onboarding coordination
