Candidate Communication: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions. Onboarding/Capture Support: Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and assist with onboarding new hires. May be required to help with pricing and proposal support as well. Sourcing & Posting: Help draft job postings, manage job boards, and assist with sourcing talent on professional networks. Will be required to assist and conduct prescreen assessments as well. Recruitment Events: Coordinate and participate in job fairs and potential networking events. Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and cale
