Must Have

1-3 years’ experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field, Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred), Previous experience working with a Human Resources Information System (UltiPro)

What You'll Do.

Supporting the entire recruitment process in accordance with established hiring guidelines and policies

Coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interviews process for regular fulltime and contingent staffing roles

Supporting the day-to-day team operations

Supporting strategic People and Organization Health projects and initiatives

Assisting with administrative tasks associated with recruitment marketing efforts and candidate experience

Assisting with job posting optimization

recruiting marketing channel development

job board procurement

comprehensive recruitment campaign planning

Coordinating the pre-hire process of new hires including generating applicant offer letters

completing applicant reference check and background and drug screening

Leading the scheduling of candidate interviews

Organizing travel arrangements and completing expense requests for candidates

Compiling Trace3 Swag Welcome Packages and sending to new employees

Providing excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers with questions surrounding our recruiting process

interviews and employment opportunities

Assisting in direct sourcing of candidates when needed

Maintaining and managing our Vendor Management System once implemented

Staying abreast of the latest in technology

and candidate experience offered in the Talent Acquisition industry

Supporting Talent Acquisition programs development

Identifying recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes and the tools used to ensure optimal performance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partners with the People and Organizational Team as well as hiring managers on the administrative tasks associated with recruitment marketing efforts and candidate experience; Collaborative and cool culture

Communication Scope

Outstanding communication (in-person, written, over the phone) skills; Able to effectively interface with all levels of employees up to executive leadership; Hearing and speech communication in person and over the telephone is essential
