Experience in high-volume recruiting, Experience in coordination, Experience in recruiting operations support, Ability to screen candidates against minimum qualifications quickly and accurately, Highly organized with attention to detail, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Communication and coordination skills
