S. Citizen

Fluency in French to support Canadian Talent Acquisition
What You'll Do.
Assist with candidate screening
candidate communications
Assist with Visitor Requests for on-site interviews
Support recruiters with job postings
Track and process background checks and related pre‑employment requirements
Coordinate onboarding activities and pre‑/post‑hire documentation
Maintain accurate recruiting records
and audit documentation
and auditing of job descriptions
Support recruiting events
Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR; Collaboration with experienced recruiters and HR partners
Communication Scope
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
