About the role We're looking for a detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You'll be the operational backbone of our hiring process — keeping candidates, interviewers, and Talent Acquisition Partners aligned from first contact to offer. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in talent acquisition and grow alongside a dynamic team. What you'll do • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers with precision and professionalism. • Manage requisitions, candidate records, and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy at every stage. • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support high-volume hiring across multiple departments. • Prepare offer letters, background check initiations, and onboarding handoff materials. • Identify and flag process inefficiencies, contributing ideas to improve the candidate and hiring team experience. • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing campaigns as needed.
