WHAT YOU'LL DO We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting Team in our Paris office. As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team distributed across the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Candidate experience: You will be responsible for communications assets (emails, messages, calendar invites …) to ensure candidates have clear information on their upcoming interviews. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and work hand in hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest candidate experience possible. - Interview scheduling: You will deliver various
