Must Have

Approximately 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting, Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently, Sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter, Experience hiring for technology, startup, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments, Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, Stakeholder management and client-facing experience, Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful

TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT Location: Argentina, Colombia, or Panama (Remote) Language Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal). Portuguese is a strong plus. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for our clients across multiple regions and functions. THE ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client engagements. You will work closely with founders, executives, hiring managers, and candidates to identify, attract, assess, and close top talent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 5 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys partnering with high-growth companies.
