Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies, Experience working in a global organization, verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates, Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and recruitment goals, Experience using an online Talent Acquisition Tracking platform, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills, Show an ownership mindset in everything you do, Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success, Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs, An interest in AI and digital recruitment tools, and curiosity around how they can be used to drive innovation and improve efficiency, Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market

What You'll Do.
support the recruitment team with day‑to‑day hiring activities

help connect candidates with roles that suit their skills and career interests
learning about the recruitment process and how we work with hiring managers across the business
Review applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements
Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
Manage the candidate experience from first impression to final interaction
Oversee the job requisition process including validation of job description prior to posting and hiring
and approvals from appropriate stakeholders
Upload and update job adverts on job boards
and our careers website
Initiate and monitor onboarding processes for new hires
Create regular reports for internal stakeholders
ensuring the reports and the applicant tracking system are aligned and that the documents provide an accurate

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join ourWarsaw office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
