This position is accountable for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Element, as well as driving the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions. Responsabilities * Accountable for developing and implementing the full cycle of the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions. Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions. * Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent. * Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to support current and future hiring needs. * Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives, providing market insights and hiring recommendations. * Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, OCC, internal systems) to maximize candidate reach and engagement. * Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Support hiring managers in selection decisions by providing structured feedback and candidate evaluations. * Track and report recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain relationships with external talent pools, universities, and professional networks. * Plan recruitment events such as career fairs and networking sessions to enhance employer branding. * Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
