What You'll Do.

Develop and Execute People Strategy

Design and deliver comprehensive HR strategies that align with our aggressive business goals and growth trajectory in Taiwan

Oversee talent management processes

including performance reviews

compensation planning

and building effective coaching and development programs

Partner with COEs and cross-functional teams to efficiently manage and resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws
