Full Job Description

As a Tactical Capacity engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and summarizing short-term capacity through analysis and communication. You will oversee the capacity heatmap (semi-automated : Fazer), identify and communicate opportunity for performance to plan gap improvement, and proposing maxout directions of capacity opportunities. You will also need to work with various departments in aligning capacity business rule, leading maxout project, and setting up capacity report and indices. In performing this role, you will apply both industrial engineering and manufacturing science concepts to manage capacity and related metrics. * Manage capacity heatmap for line direction visibility. * Cross departments communication on capacity and related metrics. * Working closely with both ME/IE Engineers in analysis and find out opportunities of capacity. * Identify capacity gap through industrial engineering and manufacturing science training. * Creation and validation of capacity indices/metrics and reports. * Analysis and summarize capacity related metrics performance to plan gap. * Maxout project. * Offload project. * Utilization project. * NPI project. * System enhance with DX team, ex: auto function by logical. **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life _for all_.
