We are seeking a Tablet Press Operator (Equipment Operator) to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement. The Basics Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Compensation: $22.00/hour Benefits: Eligible How You’ll Make an Impact Weigh and measure ingredients using compounding formulas Blend and mix ingredients to create tablet preparations Set up and operate tablet press equipment Monitor tablet quality (thickness, hardness, size) Package and label finished medications Follow pharmacy safety and compounding procedures Clean and maintain tablet press and lab equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues when needed Complete batch runs within production timelines Help maintain accurate batch and lot documentation Support production schedules to meet customer demand Follow all lab safety standards and PPE requirements What We’re Looking For • High School Diploma or GED • Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you) • Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions • Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to stay focused in a production environment • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting What You’ll Love Abou
