Position Summary: ParetoHealth is seeking an experienced Tableau contractor to help elevate how we visualize and communicate data across the organization. We're looking for a Tableau expert with outstanding UI/UX instincts and data storytelling skills who can transform complex healthcare datasets into intuitive, impactful dashboards. The ideal candidate is comfortable partnering directly with business stakeholders to turn data into insights that drive action. This contractor role will contribute 30-35 hours per week. What You'll Do 1. Translate business requirements into effective, visually compelling Tableau dashboards. 2. Organize and model complex datasets to support scalable reporting. 3. Improve existing Tableau assets by enhancing usability, performance, and visual design. 4. Establish best practices for dashboard design, navigation, and metric definitions. 5.
