Company is seeking a Tableau Architect to lead our enterprise Tableau environment and analytics strategy—someone who can architect scalable reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on, high-visibility, customer-facing role where you’ll partner across the business and with external stakeholders to shape how data drives decisions. What's Special About This Role? * Evolve our Tableau Cloud platform end-to-end * Influence enterprise KPIs, reporting standards, and data strategy * Work directly with business leaders and external partners * Lead QlikView to Tableau modernization efforts * Combine technical depth, analytics, and storytelling What You’ll Do Tableau Platform & BI Leadership * Architect, administer, and optimize Tableau Cloud (performance, security, scalability) * Manage user access, authentication, and external integrations * Define and enforce reporting standards, governance, and design best practices * Embed dashboards into applications and enterprise tools * Leverage Tableau APIs for automation and system integration Analytics & Insights * Build interactive dashboards and executive reporting * Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and opportunities * Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and business logic * Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting layers Data Engineering Collaboration * Write and optimize advanced SQL queries across multiple systems * Design aggregates and semantic layers for high-performance reporting * Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models and pipelines * Support QlikView to Tableau migration * Document data flows, metrics, and dashboards for governance Stakeholder & Customer Engagement * Work directly with internal teams and external partners * Gather
