What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar operational role, Familiarity with recruiting and HR systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, written and verbal communication skills as a remote worker, Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets/trackers, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Nice to Have

Experience supporting recruiting operations in a high-growth or fast-moving environment, Experience with Greenhouse system administration, maintenance, and audits, Exposure to interview scheduling, offer support, and process documentation creation, problem-solving skills and ability to identify process gaps or inconsistencies

Support day-to-day recruiting operations activities across various workflows

Help manage and maintain operational processes tied to requisition audit and approvals

Perform routine system audits
