Position summary The Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure behind Nava’s Talent Acquisition function. This role focuses on recruiting systems operations, workflow governance, reporting integrity, dashboard support, pipeline operations, and scalable recruiting processes across the organization. This person will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Nava’s recruiting workflows and reporting structure within Greenhouse while supporting operational consistency across Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and Hiring teams.
