What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Systems, HR Operations, or related operational roles, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and training, Legal authorization to work in the United States, Work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship

Position summary The Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure behind Nava’s Talent Acquisition function. This role focuses on recruiting systems operations, workflow governance, reporting integrity, dashboard support, pipeline operations, and scalable recruiting processes across the organization. This person will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Nava’s recruiting workflows and reporting structure within Greenhouse while supporting operational consistency across Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and Hiring teams. This is a highly collaborative and operationally critical role for someone who thrives in systems thinking, process improvement, operational problem-solving, and building scalable recruiting operations.
