What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in elevators, Technical or engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity or Industrial Electronics, Automation and Control, Passion for electrical safety, working at heights, and making technical decisions in the field, Motivated to analyze technical information, failure histories, and find definitive solutions

What You'll Do.
Analyzing and diagnosing complex failures in elevator systems
both mechanical and electrical and control
Performing functional tests
and simulations after each technical intervention
Interpreting fault codes
and events stored in controllers
Executing electrical measurements and control signal verification to identify the root cause of failures
Elaborating detailed technical reports of diagnosis
Providing specialized technical support to maintenance technicians and supervisors in the field
Proposing permanent corrective actions and technical improvements
Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures
Participating in technical investigations of relevant incidents
Supporting start-up activities
and validations after modernizations or major changes
Documenting technical recommendations for continuous improvement and equipment reliability
