Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software, Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs

Provide input for colleague appraisals
Assist Test Engineers commissioning equipment
Provide technical assistance to technicians
Provide line support for test processes
Respond to machine down calls
Liaise with manufacturing for repair priorities
Ensure adequate spares availability
Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out
Liaise with manufacturing for PM scheduling
Escalate unresolved issues to Test Engineers
Instruct operators on equipment use
Provide daily report of line issues
Provide downtime reports
Source spares cost effectively
