In this pivotal role, as Production Engineering Leader, you will lead a dynamic team of Manufacturing, Tooling, Liaison, and Industrial Engineers driving efforts to define, stabilize, and improve the production system for the T-7 Program. By leveraging your expertise and innovative thinking, you will guide your team in identifying inefficiencies, developing robust solutions, and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and quality ensuring customers’ needs are met.
