T-7 Mission Systems Software Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Software Engineering Manager (Level K)** to join the T-7 Mission Systems Software team located in **Berkeley, MO**. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people and for delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. The candidate will be responsible for full life-cycle software development of the Mission Systems software to meet T-7 program milestones. In addition to the completion of the Engineering Manufacturing Development contract, this role is also responsible for the Mission Systems execution of work on future T-7 contracts. This position in the software organization is an existing position on the program. The T-7 Red Hawk is a state-of-the-art trainer being developed for the U.S. Air Force. This all-new training platform brings advanced training capabilities to prepare pilots for fifth-generation combat. The T-7 delivers leading-edge technology that will revolutionize pilot training. The successful candidate for this role will oversee the development of real-time embedded C++ software for mission management of T-7. The candidate will collaborate and coordinate with the Mission Systems Hardware, Mission Systems Integration, Flight Simulation, Quality, Safety, and Support teams.
