Experience in aviation operations, Experience in transport/logistics technology, Knowledge of operational workforce management systems, Technical understanding of PDA/mobile workforce tools, Technical understanding of cloud-based applications, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to prioritise effectively, Demonstrated experience delivering technology improvements, Demonstrated experience delivering process optimisation projects
Nice to Have
Understanding of airport IT environments, Understanding of security protocols, Understanding of compliance processes, Experience working with APIs, Experience with data flows, Experience with integrations between operational systems, Knowledge of analytics tools, Knowledge of data governance principles, Project management certification, Continuous improvement certification

Maintain day-to-day functionality of INFORM

Act as primary escalation point for system issues

Ensure device compliance

Maintain accurate documentation

Serve as key technology partner to Aviation Operations
Serve as key technology partner to Contract Management
Serve as key technology partner to Airport Stakeholders
Translate operational needs into system requirements
Ensure alignment with business objectives
Attend operational meetings
Provide system insights
Provide upcoming changes information
Provide improvement plans information
Build relationships with airport IT teams
