Our work depends on Systems Technician joining our team to support, manage, and be responsible for all the tasks listed below to successfully complete assigned technical projects. * Provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware. * Windows Hardware support - Troubleshoot and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. * Install, and upgrade computers, printers, scanners, phones and other critical hardware. * Provides troubleshooting, support, diagnose, isolate, and resolve system service failures to meet program resolution timelines (Critical, Essential and Support) * Reseat cards, reboot hardware, replace hardware components, and replace cabling * Re-image or reload software to approved baseline standard, run diagnostics to repair storage disc or corrupted files * Customer service oriented with ability to explain technical terms in a user-friendly way, and work with our customers to properly diagnose system issues and recommend solutions * Provide
