What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in IT support, Heavy macOS experience, Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Proficiency supporting Zoom and Slack, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Experience with enterprise A/V systems, Experience with video conferencing platforms, Familiar with ticketing systems, Familiar with ITIL-aligned support practices, Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs, Work in an office environment five days a week
Nice to Have
CompTIA CCNA, or equivalent certification, Experience with Cisco Meraki, Experience with Ubiquiti, Zoom Rooms certification, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Assist with network configurations
Assist with VLAN management
Assist with cable/port patching
Provide support for network-related incidents
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues
Troubleshoot switch issues
Troubleshoot access point issues
Handle connectivity escalations
Monitor network performance
Escalate to Tier 3 or vendor partners
Support hardware deployments
Operate A/V equipment
Troubleshoot A/V equipment
Maintain video conferencing systems
Support video conferencing systems
Manage display systems
Manage room scheduling panels
Serve as on-site A/V point of contact
Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs
Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades
Own escalated tickets
Troubleshoot remote desktop environments
Troubleshoot business application issues
Troubleshoot issues across macOS
Troubleshoot desktop applications
Support end users on core tools
Handle Zoom configuration issues
Handle Zoom access issues
Handle Zoom integration issues
Handle Slack configuration issues
Handle Slack access issues

Assist with device management
