Must Have
10+ years of professional software engineering, 4+ years building software that spans both embedded/device and cloud systems, 4+ years writing production software in Go or C targeting Linux-based embedded platforms, 2+ years writing Python for cloud services, data pipelines, scripting, or test automation, 3+ years building or operating real-time and batch data pipelines, Deep working knowledge of Linux internals, Working understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, HTTP, and network path diagnostics, Track record of owning and shipping multi-component features across device and cloud
Nice to Have
MS preferred, Experience with embedded Linux development, Experience with AI/ML at the edge, Familiarity with wireless networking (802.11), AP hardware platforms, or firmware release processes, Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in both cloud and embedded contexts, Contributions to self-driving/autonomous systems, Experience working with chipset/silicon vendors (Broadcom, Qualcomm)
