About the Role We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Recon ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes that support our reconciliation operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement in our data management practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to support reconciliation processes and ensure accurate data movement across systems. • Analyze complex data sets to identify discrepancies, resolve data quality issues, and implement solutions for improved data accuracy. • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or failures. • Document ETL processes, data flows, and business rules to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. • Contribute to automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention in reconciliation workflows. • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in ETL, data integration, and reconciliation.
