What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems, 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA, 2+ years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, software, or hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs, Experience with ground monitoring stations such as GPS, Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines, Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission, Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross-functional team and independently, and demonstrate an initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAVWAR, Experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies, Experience working with software factories or DevSecOps pipelines, TS/SCI clearance, Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS, Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
