What They're Looking For.
Must Have
9 years combined technical and management experience with Bachelor's in STEM, 7 years combined technical and management experience with Master's in STEM, Experience in Operations Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Systems Analysis, System Architecture, Mission Integration or Model Based Systems Engineering, Experience leading an engineering team or project, Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM Master, Familiarity with MBSE with CAMEO, Familiarity with DODAF 2.0, Familiarity with AFSIM Modeling and SIM, Current DoD Secret clearance, Periodic reinvestigation or original adjudication within last 5 years, Previous experience working in a SAP/SAR environment, Ability to obtain SAP access
Nice to Have
Excellent communication skills, Proven leadership skills, Prior Functional Management Experience, Engineering Management Experience, Agile project management, Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback, Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SSBI, Active DoD Top Secret with SCI within 4 years, Program access to all major NGAS programs
