As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services. Our Region Services team redefines the way AWS designs, builds, and operates AWS regions to enable new AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Services offerings to customers across every industry and of every size, including start-ups, enterprises, and public sector organizations. We are actively seeking experienced Systems Development Engineers with a strong background in cloud operations. Must hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances). Key job responsibilities The Systems Engineer leads the design, implementation, and automation of complex Windows infrastructure solutions across multiple environments. This role serves as the technical specialist for infrastructure automation, system architecture, and enterprise-scale Windows environment management, focusing on developing automated solutions for managing large server fleet. • Design and implement automated solutions for Windows infrastructure deployment and management • Architect and maintain Active Directory and domain controller infrastructure across multiple security domains • Develop comprehensive Infrastructure as Code templates for Windows environments • Create automated workflows for system administration using PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools • Design and implement scalable solutions for meeting rooms, video walls, and enterprise printing
