What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on UAS/sUAS platforms, unmanned systems, or related aerospace programs, Hands-on experience with UAS platform integration, including avionics, navigation systems, communication datalinks, and ISR payload integration, Proficiency in systems modeling and engineering tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, SysML, or similar platforms, Experience developing and reviewing technical documentation including requirements documents, ICDs, test plans, and engineering change proposals, Experience conducting ground and flight test operations, data reduction, and post-flight performance analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex system trade-offs and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

Master's degree, Experience with C-UAS technologies, electronic warfare, or RF communication systems
