define and further develop functional architectures for a sub-system of complex semiconductor systems for mask inspection
analyze system requirements and derive technical specifications of modules belonging to image acquisition unit from them
develop and evaluate models to validate concepts and architectures as well as integration and test strategies in consistent
identify technical risks early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the entire development process and documentation
contribute to the definition of roadmaps for semiconductor technologies applicable to mask inspection tools
