Master’s degree in STEM, 0 years of experience, Active, In-scope US Government Top Secret or SCI clearance, 3- 5 years Program/Project management experience, Change Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, Change Proposal processes, Advanced use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts, complex professional tasks, advanced technical problems, Aircraft Design, Aircraft Avionics & Electrical Systems, Aircraft Testing, Systems/Model Based Systems Engineering academic or work-related experience, common SE processes and procedures, System Design behavior analysis academic or work-related experience, developmental/operational test maintenance environment, Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
