Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM and 3 years of related work experience (for Level 3), Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM and 6 years of related work experience (for Level 4), Experience applying Model Based Systems Engineering to develop and model requirements, Experience managing requirements or systems engineering artifacts using tools such as DOORS, Cameo, or JIRA, Applicants must be able to work on-site in an office environment, Applicants must have a current active in-scope U. S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application which is required to start
Nice to Have
Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback from multiple organizations (e. g. teams, IPTs, sectors) into actionable solutions, Experience taking systems engineering requirements or artifacts through the systems engineering lifecycle, Experience with requirement verification methods
