Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints; Ensure all requirements are verified through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or test; Ensure production tests and troubleshooting tests are executed correctly and resulting data conforms to requirements

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Experience in System Engineering activities such as: Software requirements development, Requirements development, Test Case development, Verification and Validation i. e. experience running tests and documenting results, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. Government Secret clearance is required., Ability to work onsite full-time at Woodland Hills, CA

Excellent written and oral communication skills, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Experience supporting test investigations and debugging efforts, Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and technical baseline management, Experience with working in an engineering Agile team, Experience with JIRA, Systems Engineering experience on large, complex systems, Lab and system integration experience, Excellent time management, organizational skills, Understanding and experience with Model Based Systems Engineering and Cameo modeling (or equivalent), Experience with ClearQuest / ClearCase
What You'll Do.
Identifying unique requirements from a broad customer base

Working with a diverse team to build and test those requirements
Work on the capabilities of current products
and requirements verification methods
Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical
Perform functional analysis
requirements allocation
and manage multiple requirements sets that cover all aspects of both performance and nonperformance including mechanical interfaces
electrical interfaces
environmental requirements
Awareness and responsiveness to contract milestones and deliverables
Work with an Agile team to ensure the designs are sufficient to meet the system requirements
Work with various Agile teams to ensure all requirements are verified through inspection
or test often by providing test and data reduction scripts
Facilitate test directions to ensure production tests and troubleshooting tests are executed correctly and resulting data conforms to requirements
Develop simulation models for sensors and systems
