Systems Engineer (Experienced, Lead or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking two **Systems Engineers** in support of the **Bombers Sustainment Systems Engineering, Integration & Testing (SEIT)** organization in **Oklahoma City, OK**. This position will support **B-52 Sustainment programs** for Systems Engineering primarily interfacing with software teams, mission systems, logistics and program management. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Lead or Senior Level Engineers. One position will be primarily serving as a Systems Engineer for ICSMS/ CONECT and another position will be to be the SEIT Lead for an AEHF Proposal /Risk Reduction program. **Position Responsibilities:** **Experienced (Level 3)** * Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. * Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces. * Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. * Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. * Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes. * Resolves cross-functional technical issues. **Lead (Level 4)** * Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex life
