The EEC Si is where customer needs and technological solutions come together thru the Systems Staging process. The EEC Si Engineering Team works with field teams to develop the fine design details of a Radio Communications System and to support the fundamental objective of Total Customer Satisfaction. ## Job Description ## ## **In this role you will:** Be an active member of a team of developmental engineers, systems engineers, system technicians, and field personnel to understand, design, and test complex communications and information systems to meet customer requirements and schedule deadlines. * ## Utilize the EEC Si workflow processes and procedures to program and integrate equipment for a fully functional systems. * ## Be a driving force behind the implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, testing, and auditing of systems throughout the staging process. * ## Provide detailed system design drawings/documentation. * ## Serve as the focal point for resolving product and system problems; provide hands-on support for system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. * ## Develop new methods to improve performance, ease of installation, diagnostics, quality, and cycle time of complex systems. ## ## **Preferred Qualifications:** * ## IT Systems Engineering experience. * ## Aggressive problem-solving skills and the ability to get thi
