What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, 3+ years of engineering or technical experience, 5 years of engineering or technical experience, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. indefinitely

Nice to Have

Experience with Motorola ASTRO 25 architecture, Certifications a plus through CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA or similar a plus

troubleshooting efforts

Radio coverage testing

interference mitigation

Radio system licensing

Preparation of system fleet map

Complete system documentation
