**Infrastructure Operations & Administration** * VMware vSphere/ESXi, design, deploy, configuration, and lifecycle management * Nutanix HCI administration, Prism Central, AHV and AOS, design, deploy, configure and lifecycle management * NetApp, HPE Alletra, or Pure Storage SAN/NAS provisioning and support **Windows & Linux Administration** * Windows Server administration, hardening, patching, and Group Policy management across enterprise environments * RHEL/Ubuntu and Rocky server administration, shell scripting, service management, and security baselines * Automated Software deployment, patch compliance, and configuration management across hybrid fleets **Automation & Scripting** * PowerShell, Bash, and Python pipeline development; automate-first mindset applied to every task * Terraform and Ansible for IaC; version-controlled, repeatable infrastructure provisioning * Infrastructure drift detection and automated remediation * Proactively identify and eliminate manual, repetitive operational work through automation **AI-Assisted Engineering** * Leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude daily for code generation, documentation, and troubleshooting * Monitor emerging AIOps tools and submit adoption proposals to improve observability and response * Use AI-assisted tooling to produce and maintain accurate runbooks and operational documentation **Additional Responsibilities** * Identity & Networking: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP; Entra ID hybrid identity; VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, routing * Container design, deploy and administer: Kubernetes and Docker * Citrix: Citrix DaaS, Cloud Connectors; NetScaler (ADC) load balancing and Gateway policies * Backup & DR Support: Veeam ONE and VBR operations; RPO/RTO validation; DR failover testing; recovery runbooks * Observability: Nagios, Grafana monitoring and reporting; incident response * Documentation & Handoff: LLD docs, operational runbooks, and handoff packages for every delivered solution At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everythin
