The position combines hands-on IT support with support and maintenance of manufacturing and production-related systems. You will help ensure stable daily IT operations by supporting users, troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, and maintaining connectivity between equipment and IT systems. The role also includes participation in smaller improvement and development activities related to reporting and system usability. As part of the global IT organization, you will work together with both local teams and global IT colleagues. **Characterization of activities** * Provide day-to-day IT support for users, hardware, software, infrastructure, and connected systems * Troubleshoot and maintain IT and production-related systems, including PCs, servers, networks, printers, and manufacturing applications * Support production operations by monitoring systems, maintaining connectivity, and assisting with traceability and reporting solutions * Participate in system improvements, smaller development activities, and im
