S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship, Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, 6-10 years of systems, with hands on ERP, or digital transformation experience, understanding of ERP, production planning, inventory management, supply chain and financial flows, Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, reporting, governance), Hands-on experience with Low-code platforms (Quick Base or similar), Hands-on experience with Data migration and system integration (SAP), Demonstrated experience in locating and defining new process improvement opportunities based on data collected from an ERP system, Must possess an analytical mindset, Ability to operate independently with executive-level accountability, communication skills across IT, operations, and leadership, Skilled problem solver – logical and methodical approach in problem solving, Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously independent of close supervision, Proven experience leading ERP implementation, preferably SAP in manufacturing industry, Proficient in data collection, Proficient in statistical modeling, Proficient in data mining, Proficient in database management, Proficient in report generation, Proficient in data visualization, Proficient in business process development, Proficient in data analysis, Demonstrated capabilities to work collaboratively and cross-functionally while successfully developing and maintaining key professional and customer relationships, Current on latest technology and analytical processing best practices, Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc., customer service focus, Ability to create a long-term business development plan, Safety and quality focus with open mind, innovative spirit, High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity, interpersonal skills and detail oriented, Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Core Values and current Company Policies and Procedures
