In this role, you work across cross-functional engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned to stakeholder needs and project objectives. You will manage interfaces, support integration efforts, and drive requirement quality through structured systems engineering processes. This role is a compelling opportunity because you contribute to improving systems engineering maturity and directly impact product quality and execution across vehicle programs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and document system and subsystem requirements from stakeholders including engineering teams, program managers, and customers. * Develop, manage, and maintain requirements using tools such as Codebeamer to ensure traceability and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. * Drive requirement quality through application of systems engineering principles and continuous improvement activities. * Collaborate with engineering and software teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and resolved when conflicts arise. * Validate and verify system requirements to ensure compliance with project objectives and defined standards. * Support development of test plans and test cases to confirm requirements are met. * Define and manage interface requirements across multiple systems and platforms. * Contribute to integration activities by ensuring proper alignment of system requirements across modules and platforms. * Suppor
