Systems Engineer provides technical support to clients including remedial maintenance support on infrastructure, LAN and WAN networks and implementation of new technologies. This position works closely with other members of the Service Delivery team to ensure client environments are supported and maintained to required standards and SLAs are met. Other key responsibilities include but may not be limited to following: Provide remote and onsite technical support for client environments Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware and network systems Maintain system performance, reliability, and security Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions Support project delivery through design documentation and technology selection Monitor systems, manage incidents, and meet SLA requirements Act as escalation support and assist junior team members Liaise with vendors when needed Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and technical procedures Continuously improve and automate processes
