What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree qualified (Level 6 or above) in a relevant STEM subject or possess equivalent depth of experience in an engineering field, Basic knowledge of MBSE approaches and tools, Basic knowledge of modelling languages and architecture frameworks, An understanding of engineering lifecycles, An understanding of the wider aspects of delivery, Ability to apply systems engineering processes across the lifecycle, Proven track record in managing projects and teams across various development methods, interpersonal skills, Ability to understand, simplify, and explain subject matter to non-engineers and senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Working towards professional recognition with an appropriate institution, such as CEng or CSEP
