Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or network engineering, Proven expertise in configuring and managing Cisco network equipment, Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration, Demonstrable experience with VMware vSphere, Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs), Communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
CCNA or equivalent experience, Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSA, VCP)
What You'll Do.
Act as Syncade/Moda SME
and maintain Cisco network equipment
and manage Microsoft Windows Server
Implement and administer virtualized environments
Monitor system performance
Resolve system issues
Participate in on-call rotations
Develop and maintain system documentation
Ensure compliance with IT policies
Assist in system upgrades and migrations
