We are seeking an exceptional Systems Development Engineer to develop and deploy strategic initiatives that aim to revolutionize equipment monitoring, data integration and Computer Vision capabilities across our global fulfillment network. Our environment is global and complex with a variety of software and systems, including industrial machines and protocols. We are constantly innovating on behalf of the customer through the development of custom hardware and software technology solutions. An ideal candidate will be capable of supporting the development of next-gen software platforms and automation solutions. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, and test. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative environment. As a member of this team you will be involved with the development of edge-based solutions where the cloud meets the real world in the heart of our fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will enjoy working at multiple layers of the stack from development of solutions for low level embedded Linux control systems, to developing cloud based solutions to interface with and manage fleets of real world devices.
