What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently enrolled in a University or College coop program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, Interest in software development, quality assurance, or test automation, Basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (such as C# or Java), Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn, Familiarity in Agile ways of working and collaborating within a team environment, analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and an organized approach to work, Willingness to ask questions, learn new tools, and adapt to changing priorities, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Nice to Have
Familiarity with, or interest in learning, test automation tools (e. g. , Playwright, Selenium), Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visual Studio, Azure,. NET) is a nice to have
What You'll Do.
Assist in building and maintaining automated test cases using C# and Playwright to support functional and regression testing
Support execution of automated and manual test cases and help document test results
Learn how automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines and assist with test execution during builds
Review business requirements and help translate them into test scenarios written in Gherkin language
Use Azure DevOps to support test case management
Assist with maintaining test data and test environments used for execution
Use SQL (with guidance) to help analyze data when troubleshooting test failures or defects
Assist with test automation efforts by leveraging AI-enabled‑ tools to help generate
and maintain automated test cases
improving efficiency and test coverage under the guidance of the team
